[pjsip] Objective-C compiler not installed on this system

Dear All,
I tried to install pjsip on android by folling this link Getting-Started/Android – pjsip Open source SIP, media, and NAT traversal stacks/libraries for smartphones but I had  this error when doing make dep && make clean && make

My env is : Ubuntu 10.4 desktop, android 26
