[pjsip] Contact header when SRTP is optional

What should I expect PJSip to use for the Contact header when I have
one account (***@foo.com) and SRTP is optional on the account? When
someone calls me (e.g. To=sips:***@foo.com), should I expect PJSip to
make the Contact header in the reply Contact=sips:***@foo.com? If so,
where does PJSip set the scheme of the URI?
